I use pre heater and bolt the motherboard down for a proper re flow. I prep the chips and flush out the BGA before re flow and use special flux for a strong re flow! I then apply the X clamp mod and 12v mod the fan for a complete proper repair. I stress test the units for a few hours after repair.
Don't be fooled by others attempting to re flow using heat guns and other tricks like throwing it in an oven. Let's not forget majority of the repair places local/internet just offering you the X clamp mod and the "reflow/bake" of the gpu. Warranty: This is for 120 days from the date of repair. You will be sent a copy of the receipt with warranty date info listed from beginning to end. If you open the console up, I will be able to tell and your warranty will be void. If you get a problem within your warranty regarding RROD(Dvd Errors if repair was dvd related, etc) just let me know and pay for shipping only and I will repair it for free. It's just that simple. Most of the time if an error comes back, it's usually an easy fix so don't go thinking you can do it. You will void your warranty and I will not touch it after that unless you pay the repair fee.
There is a $5 non refundable fee for parts/labor and I will refund you what you paid minus shipping and $5 non refundable.
This is how it works....You buy my listing and I will send you Shipping Instructions to your email joined with your Ebay account. Then just follow the directions and ship it out. Priority mail takes 2-3 for delivery!! Once I receive your item I will diagnose the problem and then place the unit in my "Repair Pile". To keep everyone satisfied, I Repair in order as they come in. Then after repair, I place the unit in my "Testing Pile". Once the unit has passed the testing stages, I will then ship the unit out the following Morning.
